Job Description

The Warehouse Team Lead oversees warehouse activities, organizes schedules, and ensures revenue goals are met. Maintains a safe work environment while handling donated goods, materials, inventory, and trash.

Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks to achieve daily warehouse productivity
  • Measure and report department activities
  • Establish work procedures to meet demands
  • Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations
  • Develop and maintain work instructions
  • Monitor loading/unloading of trucks
  • Manage trash flow daily
  • Prepare reports and employee documentation
  • Manage equipment flow
  • Provide customer service

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Experience with material handling equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible schedule
