Job Description

The Practice Coordinator manages front office daily activities, ensuring quality customer service to patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive work environment and support staff engagement activities.
  • Conduct schedule prep process for patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage front desk responsibilities.
  • Assist patients with telehealth access and handle urgent requests.
  • Provide general clinician support and maintain a pleasant working environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, associates/bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
