The Practice Coordinator manages front office daily activities, ensuring quality customer service to patients and clinicians.
Responsibilities
Create a positive work environment and support staff engagement activities.
Conduct schedule prep process for patients.
Provide exceptional customer service and manage front desk responsibilities.
Assist patients with telehealth access and handle urgent requests.
Provide general clinician support and maintain a pleasant working environment.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required, associates/bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in healthcare operations or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and computer skills.
