Job Description

Mountain Productions is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Yard and Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our company's yard and warehouse. This individual will be responsible for managing inventory, equipment, and staff while ensuring smooth logistics, safe work practices, and top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversee incoming and outgoing inventory; check equipment for damage, cleanliness, and proper function.
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory logs.
Manage and train yard and warehouse staff (loaders, drivers, laborers, etc.).
Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and returns of equipment.
Ensure all equipment is serviced according to schedule or when returned.
Occasionally interact with customers during pick-up/drop-off.

Qualifications

Experience in live production and familiarity with staging equipment.
3+ years of experience in a warehouse, yard, or logistics supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable operating forklifts and other yard equipment.
Basic mechanical knowledge of equipment/tools is a plus.
Proficient in basic computer systems and inventory software.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
