Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our front office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to handling a variety of clerical and office tasks.

Responsibilities

Front Office Support

  • Greet and assist all visitors, vendors, and team members with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide general information as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
  • Manage guest check-in procedures including visitor logs, badges, and forms

Administrative Functions

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx shipments, and interoffice deliveries
  • Support internal departments with data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
  • Assist with compiling reports, forms, and other administrative documentation

Qualifications

Essential Skills, Experience, And Education

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Texas Driver's License required
