Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in store/branch management, leadership, and the HVAC wholesale industry.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily branch operations
Maintain sales, inventory, and profit center
Coach, train, and develop employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols
Develop plans for increased branch profitability
Conduct performance appraisals and provide vital information to Regional Operations Manager

Qualifications

3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
Experience in store/branch management
Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
