Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in store/branch management, leadership, and the HVAC wholesale industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily branch operations
  • Maintain sales, inventory, and profit center
  • Coach, train, and develop employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols
  • Develop plans for increased branch profitability
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide vital information to Regional Operations Manager

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Experience in store/branch management
  • Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
