Job Description

The Boutique Sales Lead supervises and coordinates activities of store employees at the Blue Boutique. The successful candidate will present a professional image and be knowledgeable in fashion and designer brands.

Responsibilities

  • Assign duties to workers and schedule break periods
  • Train workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties
  • Collaborate with the store manager on merchandising product to maximize sales
  • Listen to customer complaints, examine returned merchandise, and resolve problems to enhance customer experiences
  • Assist sales workers in completing difficult sales
