Job Description

Join TownTasks as a Behavioral Health Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and completing Talent Acquisition Behavioral Health Recruitment Projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Create detailed project plans for Behavioral Health non-provider vacancies
Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders and leadership
Hiring Process: Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs
Marketing: Develop targeted recruitment campaigns
Visual Design/Graphics: Ensure consistent branding on recruitment materials
Funding & Financial Management: Manage expenses and budget
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders on reducing vacancies
Data Management: Collect and utilize recruitment data
Technology: Use technology to monitor projects
Job Fairs: Prepare for and attend job fairs
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Baccalaureate degree and six years of project management experience. Preference for candidates with a graduate degree and 10 years of experience in HR or healthcare.
