Job Description

Join Hexagon as a Contract Administrator responsible for obtaining supplier quotes, negotiating agreements, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain supplier quotes and negotiate agreements
  • Create and manage supplier agreements and Purchase Orders
  • Collaborate with multiple departments for contract administration
  • Support supplier qualification process
  • Drive cost savings and quality improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with export control
  • Review purchase requisitions and negotiate contract terms
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and tracking of purchased items
  • Review contracts and statements of work for compliance
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Experience negotiating and managing suppliers
  • Knowledge of legal/commercial terms and conditions
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
