Job Description

TownTasks is looking for a Sales Account Manager with experience in selling BPO services to HiTech/Software/Technology companies. The role involves developing and maintaining key relationships, driving new business development, and managing the sales lifecycle from pursuit to close.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a winning and scalable sales strategy to generate revenue
  • Directly source deals and manage the sales lifecycle through close
  • Drive a complete sales strategy representing a variety of services
  • Develop and execute business plans, including prospecting, shaping deals, pricing, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Tell a compelling story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of experience selling BPO services with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong professional network and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of outsourced solutions and ability to write proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Confident in interacting with senior leaders and analyzing data
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work with diverse teams
