Job Description

TownTasks is seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, and materials functions at our Santa Clara facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a strong background in inventory control, logistics, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling.
Staff, lead, train, and motivate the team of warehouse associates.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verify order accuracy, and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with external suppliers for packaging and shipment coordination.
Manage international shipments and customs documentation.
Ensure hazmat shipping compliance and maintain inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to support workflow.
Conduct interviews, evaluate employee performance, and enforce safety protocols.
Participate in cycle counts and identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a warehouse environment.
Experience with international shipping and hazmat procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
