Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for managing relationships with BPO WFM teams
  • Develop and maintain metric reporting for BPO operations
  • Develop forecasting and scheduling models
  • Monitor contact volume fluctuations and make data-driven adjustments
  • Conduct audits and recommend process changes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of WFM experience in a contact center environment
  • Strong background in metric reporting and optimizing workforce management strategies
  • Experience developing forecasting and scheduling models
