Lead and develop associates through training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching
Support pet parent experience and outcomes in-store and online
Promote store events and marketing initiatives
Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with policies

Qualifications

2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in computer applications
