Job Description

The Allergy Assistant provides support to the Allergy Department by managing patient needs related to basic allergy care, scheduling appointments, and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls from allergy patients
  • Manage patient scheduling and insurance verification
  • Perform collection calls for patients on treatment
  • Schedule annual follow-up appointments
  • Assist with SLIT referrals and refill reminders
  • Maintain patient records accurately

Qualifications
