Job Description

Join our team at Valley Fair as an Operations Associate PT, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining stockroom organization, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Store Manager, maintain stockroom organization, process shipments, replenish sales floor, fulfill eCom orders, handle markdowns, and ensure merchandising standards are met.

Optimize inventory management, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction while upholding brand and visual presentation standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma
6 months of experience in stockroom or inventory management
Passion for fashion and customer service
Detail-oriented and organized
Customer-first mindset
Hands-on and proactive approach to tasks
Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are an asset
