Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Sales Recruiter to lead the recruiting process for all divisions, from talent sourcing to hiring. The ideal candidate will collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and use various tools for candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

Network with referral partners and candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers
Create sourcing strategies for attracting top talent
Research industry recruiting events
Stay updated on sourcing tools and techniques
Assist in developing job descriptions and onboarding new candidates

Qualifications

High school diploma required
Experience in corporate and agency recruitment
Competency in MS Office Suite and ATS platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven success in sourcing and cold calling
Ability to work independently and adapt to change
