Supervise daily operations of the service desk. Lead and mentor support staff. Evaluate and manage tools and systems. Provide technical assistance. Maintain knowledgebase. Provide feedback for strategic planning. Formulate technical strategies. Manage internal tools. Collaborate for dept specific tools. Manage employee lifecycle. Maintain IT policy. Ensure efficient IT infrastructure. Comply with security standards. Budget management.
Strong technical background. Knowledge of networking, server management, cybersecurity, and software applications. ITIL, CompTIA A+, and MCSE certifications preferred. Experience managing help desk software, remote support tools, and performance monitoring tools. 7+ years leading IT and Support teams. Experience in supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
