Job Description

Opportunities for Positive Growth, Inc. is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

Discover a person's career goals
Assist in securing competitive employment
Provide initial training and job task assistance
Ensure stability on the job before fading services

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Legally able to work in the US
Properly maintained vehicle with insurance
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Competent in administering CPR/First Aid
Proof of negative TB screening
Preferably 1 year of experience in integrated settings with individuals with disabilities
