Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Food Service Worker to perform various tasks related to food preparation and service in a cafeteria-style setting. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Sets up food service counters, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands
Serves food to diners in cafeteria-style and family-style settings
Prepares fruit and vegetable salads, sandwiches, and box lunches
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the work area

Qualifications

Ability to perform tasks with several steps and use judgment in task performance
Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
Physical ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs
Comfort working in warm and noisy environments
