Join our team as a Business Analyst focusing on conflict clearance, business selection, and reputational risk management within the investment banking sector.

Responsibilities

Take an active role in conflict clearance and business selection process
Identify and resolve complex issues during conflict check process
Manage reporting requirements and lead strategic projects for process enhancement
Collaborate with Compliance and Operational Risk Control on audit and regulatory issues
Generate new ideas to drive business forward and make sound judgments within regulatory standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in M&A, capital markets transactions, or compliance
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
