Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals
Source and attract candidates through various channels
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess fit
Support onboarding and credentialing processes
Represent the company at recruitment events

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with prior recruitment experience
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year experience in recruitment or HR preferred
