Job Description

Commonpoint is seeking an Employer Engagement and Worksite Development Coordinator to manage partnerships with employers for the Summer Youth Employment Program. This role involves fieldwork, office work, and relationship building to provide valuable work experiences for youth participants.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for employer engagement and worksite partnerships
  • Oversee worksite development cycle
  • Develop outreach strategies to engage employers
  • Maintain collaborations with stakeholders
  • Ensure employer compliance
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Supervise worksite development staff
  • Manage worksite data and quality assessment processes
  • Monitor participant performance and provide counseling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
