Responsibilities

  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee shift operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales
  • Participate in monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
  • Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed

Qualifications

  • Customer focus and strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
