Job Description

The BSA Analyst works with the BSA Officer to ensure the Bank?s compliance with the applicable aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and Customer Identification Program regulations.

Responsibilities

Daily review of BSA related reports
Complete thorough reviews of customers and transactions for potential money laundering and other financial crimes
Prepare detailed AML investigation narratives
Perform enhanced due diligence on current customer relationships in a timely manner
Assist the BSA Officer with monthly SAR filings
Assist with Verafin related projects
Provide support to Bankers regarding BSA/AML related questions
Assist in developing and updating policies, procedures, training materials

Qualifications

Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years banking experience with knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulatory requirements
Documented experience in oral and written communications
Certified BSA/AML Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is highly desired
