Responsibilities

Provide initial support for PC users and peripheral devices
Manage support issues and escalate when necessary
Configure PCs, printers, and software
Document support calls using Help Desk System
Manage projects and meet deadlines
Provide after-hours technical support as needed
Travel to regional locations when required

Qualifications

Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
A+ certification or IT degree
Technical understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
