Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Warehouse Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products from trucks and trailers, ensuring all items are handled with care.
  • Product Handling: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and organizing products in the outdoor storage area.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse associates and supervisors to meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse or similar environment, particularly in loading/unloading.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
