Job Description

Provide leadership and technical guidance to the team to ensure quality product delivery and achievement of safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and assign tasks to team members
Evaluate job completion to meet department goals
Conduct safety and quality assessments
Assist in issue evaluation and troubleshooting
Train associates on company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Knowledge of Warehouse/Logistics policies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to use software applications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years warehouse experience
2+ years supervisory experience
