TownTasks is seeking a Director of Capital Markets to lead equity capital-raising activities for our entrepreneurial family office. Join us in catalyzing human flourishing through stewardship and impactful investments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to raise equity from UHNWIs, family offices, and RIAs leveraging your established network.
Personally cultivate and close investor relationships, acting as the face of the family office to the investment community.
Maintain the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and alignment with the family office's values.

Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in capital raising, with a track record of securing $50M+ in equity, ideally for multifamily real estate investment.
Top-notch pedigree and deep industry network, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Missionary zeal for investor stewardship and advancing the family office's vision of catalyzing human flourishing.
