Job Description

Entry-level position to gain knowledge of chemical production equipment and processes. Operates simple equipment and assists experienced operators.

Responsibilities

Execute and operate simple processes and equipment under close supervision.
Assist in setting up procedures to prepare systems for operation.
Monitor processes to maintain required operating conditions.
Perform minor maintenance on support equipment.
Transfer and move materials in heavy containers.
Participate in safety meetings and complete safety training requirements.
Keep work area safe and clean.
Support efforts to implement and maintain Responsible Care Management System.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
Manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
General mechanical aptitude.
Written, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
