Job Description

The Warehouse Manager III oversees all commercial warehouse activities in the Southern California region. Manages warehouses up to $8.5 Million in annual revenue, 250,000 sf and up to 15 warehouse workers.

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse operations to achieve financial and productivity targets
Ensure safety and accuracy of all warehouse workers and staff
Coordinate inbound and outbound orders efficiently and accurately
Hire, train, and discipline warehouse workers
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of management experience in distribution
Strong supervisory skills
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
