Job Description

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Services Recruiting Team, supporting the North America Unit. This individual will be responsible for sourcing strategies, developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and leading recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process
Source, develop and maintain a pipeline of diverse technical talent
Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
4 years of related experience
Recruiting experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry preferred
