Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and assist in fulfilling customer orders, stocking shelves, and preparing deliveries. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities

Accurately fulfill customer orders
Treat all customers in a courteous professional manner
Assist with loading and unloading materials for customers and vendors
Check in incoming stock and special order shipments
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Prepare materials for outbound shipments
Attend product training sessions
Follow warranty procedures for return materials
Obtain signatures on shipping and receiving documents
Operate warehouse equipment safely
