Responsibilities

Partner with the Store Manager to provide an exceptional lifestyle experience for guests
Build strong sales and service relationships with guests

Coach and develop the Retail Team Members

Qualifications

3+ years of retail experience
2+ years of management team supervision experience
Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts
College Degree in Business or related field
