Job Description

Provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor by training, monitoring, and evaluating assigned personnel, leading the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently utilize the warehouse material handling equipment
Train assigned personnel to use warehouse management systems
Mentor and coach team members
Lead lean thinking initiatives to remove waste

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
Strong organizational and communication skills
