Job Description

Join our Fintech company as a Remote Customer Support Specialist specializing in Property & Casualty insurance. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, receive comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from existing customers seeking assistance
Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers
Address customer inquiries regarding existing insurance policies and benefits
Actively work to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation by providing solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and caring support

Qualifications

Availability to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends
Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers
Experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of insurance processes and terminology
