We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to oversee front desk operations and provide friendly service to members and guests.
Assist in defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures.
Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews of front desk staff.
Create and manage front desk and maintenance shift schedules.
Perform front desk duties such as greeting members, checking guests into facilities, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and invoices.
Assist in promoting events and programs through various channels.
Enforce club rules and policies.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated technologies.
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
