Join our team as a Part Time Remote Customer Service Representative for Emergency Roadside Services. Be the first point of contact for members in need of assistance.

Responsibilities

Respond to member/customer requests for emergency road service in a call center environment.
Obtain information regarding type of service required and communicate with contractors to provide service.
Recognize, promote, and process membership sales opportunities.
Verify completed status of calls and close out on system.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months of customer service experience.
Basic computer skills and telephone etiquette.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
