Job Description

SHD Composite Materials Inc is seeking an Environmental Health Safety Training Manager to ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role involves managing EHS training, coaching staff, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

  • Work in accordance with company Quality and Health & Safety procedures
  • Complete and review all OSHA Risk Assessments
  • Coordinate environmental reporting and waste management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and Codes of Practice
  • Ensure all staff receive adequate Health and Safety training
  • Carry out investigations into accidents and incidents
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and develop Safe Systems of Work
  • Undertake safety inspections and safety committee meetings
  • Maintain skills matrix and deliver training plans
  • Escalate health and safety concerns

Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certified
  • Occupational Health Degree or Chemistry degree
  • 3 Years of experience in Health & Safety
