Responsibilities

Implement trauma-informed, client-centered approach with clients
Provide evidence-based trauma-focused treatment
Maintain expertise in various treatment methods
Participate in case conferences and supervision meetings
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Experience in evidence-based mental health treatment
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to mission
Crisis intervention expertise
Master's in social work required, LCSW or LMSW license
