Responsibilities

Process and verify shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and invoices.
Communicate with truck drivers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to coordinate shipments and ensure timely processing.
Check trucker paperwork for accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Maintain detailed records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight appointments.
Assist with data entry and inventory tracking in warehouse management systems (WMS).
Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to freight documentation.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety protocols.
Provide administrative support to the logistics and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in logistics or related field is a plus).
Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
