Job Description

The Patient Implant Care Coordinator will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, providing cost estimates, managing the doctor's schedule, and maintaining patient insurance information. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, referring offices, and team members.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and answer phones
Schedule appointments and provide cost estimates
Manage doctor's schedule and communicate with patients and referring offices
Update and maintain patient insurance information
Collect payments from patients

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of customer service experience
Medical or dental experience preferred
Understanding of dental terminology
