Job Description

Join our team at Williams Sonoma and help enhance the quality of our customers' lives at home. As a Lead Visual, you will provide daily support to the management team, ensure the store meets financial goals, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the store
Ensure the store meets visual, replenishment, and safety standards
Act as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service
Provide training and coaching to associates
Maintain a fair and respectful work environment

Qualifications

Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills
1-3 years retail sales experience
1-2 years experience in design or visual merchandising preferred
