Job Description

The Warehouse Associate IV requires expertise in operating forklifts, high lifts, roll clamps, and box clamps to efficiently handle materials and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and safely load and unload freight with precision and accuracy.
  • Properly stack products in designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.
  • Rotate products according to customer specifications.
  • Accurately pick, assemble, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain the integrity of customer inventory.
  • Safely operate all material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
  • Complete all required records, reports, and daily paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating forklifts and other material-handling tools.
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and protocols.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
