This position involves supervising all Customer Service functions of order entry while following management procedures.
Assist the Customer Service Supervisor in supervising all Customer Service Personnel.
Participate in training all Customer Service personnel, including new hires.
Monitor the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department.
Delete, correct, or re-enter patient orders as needed.
Monitor phone calls to ensure proper telephone techniques are used by Customer Service Personnel.
