Job Description

Supervise the timely receipt, stocking, order filling, or shipment of merchandise in a distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

Review WMS reports and communicate issues to managers
Develop staffing plans and monitor employee development
Set production goals and identify areas for improvement
Maintain employee records and support safety programs
Interview and select candidates for employment

Qualifications

Understanding of inventory accounting
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Experience with warehouse management systems and supervisory roles
