Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to assist in daily general warehouse operations. This role offers ample amount of flexibility, allowing you to choose assignments based on your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities

Receive and Inspect Shipments: Unload and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match order specifications and are free of damage.
Inventory Management: Organize products in designated storage locations to maintain efficient inventory flow, conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label items for shipment, ensuring all orders are complete and correctly processed.
Shipping Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are securely packed and ready for transportation while meeting shipping deadlines.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and clean warehouse by following safety protocols, proper storage guidelines, and keeping aisles clear for efficient workflow.
Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks, to move items throughout the warehouse.
Quality Control: Ensure all products are in good condition before shipment and report any damaged or defective items to management.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals, meet productivity standards, and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience working in warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations without constant supervision.
Compliance with applicable safety standards and certifications.
Responsibility for maintaining your personal work-related equipment and certifications.
Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving products safely.
