Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Cover a designated region with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales and order goals.
  • Drive Brand Growth: Deliver exceptional sales and service, representing the company in a professional and results-driven manner to enhance brand value.
  • Client Optimization & Strategy: Ensure each client is maximizing the system?s potential by providing strategic guidance on marketing, business development, and operational efficiency.
  • Trusted Business Advisor: Serve as a key resource for all system-related inquiries while offering business insights to build trust, drive additional sales, and generate client referrals.
  • CRM & KPI Compliance: Accurately document all activities and interactions in the CRM system while consistently meeting assigned KPIs for both sales and support within the territory.
  • New Business Generation: Develop a strong pipeline of high-quality sales leads through cold calling, appointment scheduling, and proactive field canvassing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of premium takeout and restaurant businesses within the assigned region.
  • Consultative Selling Approach: Utilize value-added and consultative selling techniques to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and contribute to long-term business success.

Qualifications

  • Field Sales experience
  • Proven background in delivering sales targets and results
  • A driving license and car with the ability to work full time is essential
  • POS Selling: 3 years (Required)
  • Driving Licence & Car (Required)
