Provide ongoing support in training and communicate feedback to store leadership
Maximize personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives
Ensure brand-aligned store presentation and marketing display
Ensure team compliance with company policies
Promote a diverse and inclusive atmosphere

Minimum six months to a year of retail or service industry selling experience REQUIRED
Strong leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of fashion landscape
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 lb
