Job Description

GoBEST!? is seeking experienced General Managers and Operations Specialists to manage multiple venues across the country with extensive travel involved.

Responsibilities

- Oversee venue operations including nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

- Set sales goals, manage budgets, and drive revenue generation.

- Recruit, train, and develop staff to company standards.

- Ensure exceptional guest service and address customer needs.

- Manage successful events and promotions.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

- Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years experience in General Management or Operations in nightlife/entertainment.

- Skills in leadership, revenue growth, team development, and operations.

- Age requirement: 21+ for Assistant GM and Management; 25+ for Traveling Operators.
