Job Description

The Customer Success Manager at Revalize is responsible for managing renewals and retention of assigned accounts, driving product adoption, identifying cross-sells, and managing the renewal process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive post-sales journey for assigned accounts.
  • Manage a high-volume book of business.
  • Increase customer retention through regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Support customer nurture activities and campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for up-sells and cross-sells.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in managing renewals and negotiation conversations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with a customer-focused approach.
