Job Description

Croell, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to ensure the quality and integrity of asphalt materials used in paving projects. This role involves sample collection, data reporting, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform daily QC testing on Hot Mix Asphalt
Perform sample collection and data reporting
Conduct stockpile analysis on incoming materials
Communicate with internal teams and external customers
Maintain quality control equipment

Qualifications

2-3 years of quality control experience
High school diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
Strong knowledge of asphalt materials and testing procedures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
